All Visa and Mastercard payments are subject to a 3% surcharge.

Rebates, NDIS, and Selected private health insurances are accepted.

CANCELLATIONS:

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. For cancellations you must call at least 24 hours before the start of the session to avoid incurring charges. Failure to show up for an appointment or cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the session will be charged at 50% of the standard rate.

1300 MH CALL is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will link to the caller’s nearest Queensland Public Mental Health service.
